When Will My Order Arrive?

Products listed on our site are shown with an estimated delivery time, different products have different delivery times and these times are based on a number of factors e.g. number of days it takes for an item to be processed in the warehouse.

Delivery for small parcels usually takes 1 to 6 business days from when your order is placed. Delivery for large parcels usually takes 3 to 7 business days from when your order is placed. The courier company will contact you to book your delivery date and time.

Free UK delivery

We aim to keep our delivery costs simple, so offer either free delivery or we charge a fixed delivery amount per item. Delivery charges are shown on the product information page and include VAT, this charge covers delivery to most parts of the UK.

Prices

Prices listed are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), and are inclusive of VAT. We may change the advertised price of a product at any time. The price you pay will be the price shown at the time of your order.

International, offshore and remote areas

At this time, we can only deliver orders to destinations within the UK. In select cases, we may not be able to deliver an order to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands.
